About Us

Kusum Healthcare Pvt Ltd is a part of the Kusum group of companies which is a fully integrated, young pharmaceutical group having three manufacturing units at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, Healthcare at Indore, Madhya Pradesh in India, and Kusum Pharm at Sumy Ukraine. All these manufacturing units are WHO GMP certified and PIC/s compliant.

We have a world-class manufacturing plant at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan is about 80 kilometers from New Delhi international airport. Our second plant in Pithampur Indore, M. P. will be operational by April 2017.

Our manufacturing units and systems are designed to meet all international norms. The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified plant manufactures oral solids and topical dosage forms such as tablets, pellets, topical liquids, creams, ointments, shampoo, and wax-based suppository and pessary.

Packaging facilities are available in form of blisters, cold forming blisters, sachets, bottles, and tubes. We follow CGMP & Good Documentation Practices that result in the consistent quality of manufactured products. All core manufacturing areas have dedicated heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems with 15 Air Handling Units (AHUs) and High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to ensure air purity within the production area.

The manufacturing area is equipped with PLC-based equipment, which meets CGMP standards. Right from raw material inputs, packaging material, and in-process checks, strict guidelines are institutionalized to prevent any contamination. Access to the production area is restricted and utmost care is taken to keep the area germ-free. Our obligation to manufacture quality products ensures that there are no shortcuts.

Automated electronic weight-based filter processes are in place, which ensures the rejection of faultily packed medicines. All packaging material carries proper description and regulatory communication in the local language of countries where it is sold.
