TAHAFET, Tamilnadu Heat Treatment and Fettling Services Pvt Ltd, company was incorporated in the year 1981. an ISO 9001 Certified company started its commercial processing in the year 1983, for Heat Treatment of Forgings and castings. TAHAFET Factory is situated at A-17 Sidco Industrial Estate, Hosur – 635 126 which is about 35 K.M. from Bangalore on the National Highway.

• Quench & Temper of Crankshafts up to 180 Kgs weight per piece
• Valve Body Casting up to 400 Kgs per piece
• General Castings
• Piston Rods (Martensitic Stainless Steel Shaft) up to 4 meters long up to 600 Kgs weight per piece
• Spherodise Annealing of Cold Forging Slugs
• Compressor Shaft made of Stainless Steel up to 4 Meters long
• Press Straightening of Shafts up to 100mm Dia

Rough Grinding, Finish Grinding, and Super Finishing operations for all variety of Piston Rods. We also do Peeling, Reeling, Drawing, and Grinding of Alloy Steel/Carbon Steel Rounds up to 5.80 meters from Ø 30mm to 70mm. We also supply Chrome Plated Rods.
